Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $238,631.00 - $292,323.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.Department:
861003 Business DevelopmentExpectations:
The Executive Director position is responsible for the business development, strategic planning, and growth, and providing a level of operational support to Service Line strategy, and more specifically surgical volume growth (both inpatient and outpatient) at Huntington Health and supporting specific Huntington Health Enterprise ambulatory growth initiatives for Huntington Ambulatory Care Center, Huntington Health Physicians and other Affiliate Operating joint ventures. This position will help provide and support leadership responsible for specific surgical and clinical programs, including developing annual volume growth targets and operating budgets, recruitment of surgeons including supporting the execution of physician alignment strategies in support of Health System investment in service lines and programs at Huntington Health. This position will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategy and Provider Integration at Huntington Health. This position will also work in collaboration with the Health System Strategy and Business Development Office and provide support and coordinate responsibilities for specific initiatives with both the Executive Medical Director at Huntington Health, and the Health System Regional physician outreach team. Finally, this position will help facilitate effective succession planning of specific responsibilities from the current Sr. Vice President of Strategy.
EDUCATION:
Master's degree in nursing, business administration, or health administration required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Five years related experience in clinical area and/or five years management experience.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN)
SKILLS:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Demonstrates ability to work in a matrix structure across the service lines.
