About This Role

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze project and operational data to detect trends, patterns, and anomalies, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Tool & Methodology Development: Build tools and methods to improve project scheduling, performance reviews, and forecasting accuracy.
• Data Quality & Evaluation: Assess data reliability and integrity, recommending improvements and exploring new data sources and tools.
• Visualization & Reporting: Design interactive dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex data clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings in user-friendly formats tailored to technical and non-technical stakeholders, maintaining accurate, up-to-date project pipeline reports.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Use data, benchmarking, and predictive models to identify inefficiencies, anticipate needs, and recommend cost-effective process improvements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work with experts and leadership to implement improvements, clearly report findings, and ensure alignment across teams on changes and business requirements.
• Trend Monitoring & Compliance: Stay updated on analytics trends to adopt strategic solutions and support documentation of business needs in line with data management policies.
• Ensure data management follows governance practices, supporting security, privacy, compliance, and traceability to business requirements.
• Maintain thorough documentation to uphold auditability, data accuracy, and accountability.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

About You

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in information management, mathematics, business administration, data analytics, or related fields AND two (2) years of job-related experience.
• -OR- Six (6) years of professional job-related experience can be substituted at management discretion for the required education.
• A valid Florida driver's license at the time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Expertise in Archibus Web Central, Facilities Background, T-SQL, vbScript, JavaScript, HTML, LISP, SQL Database, Crystal Reports, MS PowerBI, SharePoint, Extensive Technical Knowledge, Process Model, MS Access, Advanced Excel and Smartsheet. Archibus database knowledge, or similar Facilities Management Software.

CJIS Clearance: **The successful candidate will be subject to an extensive background check(s) as a part of the hiring process.

About Everything Else:

Starting Pay Range: $56,139.20 - $61,006.40/annually, based on your experience
