Overview
The Director, Strategic Transformation will partner directly with workstreams to build and mature capabilities to ensure transformation success and sustainability. Interfacing across several workstreams, the Director is expected to serve as a Business Partner to build and maintain strong relationships across the enterprise and have a solid understanding of the pipeline of initiatives and ongoing opportunities.
The Director will serve as a coach to workstream leaders to help keep pace and provide guidance and support along the journey.
Specifically, the Director, Strategic Transformation will be responsible for:
Transformation Leadership Coaching:
• Coach and partner with workstream leaders to manage internal and external resources across multiple workstreams to ensure success and meet timelines. Whenever possible, the workstreams will be related to assist with enterprise approach and learnings.
• Facilitate discussions across workstreams to address risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Assist with removal of barriers or blockers for workstream partners along the journey, elevating to the TO when needed.
• Participate in routine workstream meetings for ongoing general support and guidance.
• Conduct sustainability surveys to assess and monitor workstream capability gaps. Synthesize findings into a learning and development model to ensure success. Track and report on learning and development.
Business Planning, Analysis and Reporting:
• Develop recommendations on how to ensure strategy is operationalized, including allocation of resources, financial planning and funding, monitoring value impacts, performance, and execution.
• Work closely with Finance on planning, analyzing, tracking, and reporting monthly value and business plans. Confidential document analysis.
Stakeholder Relationship Management and Communications:
• Align additional resource needs such as IT, Analytics, HR, PM, PI, etc.
• Works collaboratively with Change Management Team
• Works with corporate communications team on internal and external communications planning. Plan, review and approve weekly communications to ensure alignment and coordination across workstreams.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Master's degree (preferred).
Certification/Licensure
- PMP Certification or similar preferred.
Experience
- 3 years people leader experience.
