Associate Director Project Management

The Associate Director, Project Management manages a team of project manager(s) to drive high levels of customer satisfaction. You work collaboratively with account management teams to meet the overall needs of the clients and drive scale and efficiency through the ongoing training and development of the team.
KEY JOB RESPONSABILITES:
- Managing a team of project managers with the end goal of flawless execution of projects.
- Recruitment and training of new employees
- Be the first point of contact for other departments on core project management matters (Collaborate with to Accounting, IT, Office)
- Managing resources for accurate and timely delivery of projects
- Planning and coordination of internal and external resources
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with agreed processes (SOPs)
- Coordination of external service providers (external translators, moderators etc.)
- Taking over projects to additionally strengthen the team
- Being the point of contact for client issues
- Project management; review of project documents, coordination of the project plan with the office and client service department
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have 3 - 5 years of experience working in a market research environment, combined with strong knowledge of qualitative data collection methodologies
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong Client Service Orientation
- Process management orientation; able to manage workload capacity and distribution of SOP’s.
- Experienced in hiring and developing high performance teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Decision making and problem solving
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong consultative client management and consulting skills.
