Schedule: Full-time, 80 hours per pay period | Variable shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. | Every other weekend

What You’ll Do
Provide direct, compassionate resident care during day and evening shifts.
Administer medications and monitor resident health.
Support daily activities while maintaining comfort and dignity.
Collaborate with the nursing team on personalized care plans.
What You Bring
Current LPN license in New York State.
Reliable, caring and team-focused.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
