We treat each other with care and respect and make time to give everyone a voice</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Turner &amp; Townsend </strong>is looking for a <strong>Senior CSA Construction Project Manager</strong> to oversee the pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases of a hyperscale, state of the art data center project for a global technology client onsite in Fredericia, Denmark.</p><p>This role is key in ensuring the successful delivery of a state-of-the-art facility, with a focus on civil, structural and architectural (CSA) engineering.<br/> <br/> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage the CSA pre-construction activities, including constructability in design, procurement and contracts, project planning, budget planning is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Lead and manage the CSA construction activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.</li><li>Oversee CSA system installations, including utilities, services, foundations, steel structures, cladding and roofing systems, and architectural fit-out. </li><li>Ensure that the CSA designs are aligned with the overall design intent and client expectations, managing any issues that arise during construction.</li></ul><p><strong>Pre-Construction Phase Oversight</strong>:</p><ul><li>Oversee and assist the design team in constructability and localization in the design focusing mainly on the CSA elements but assist and collaboration with other disciplines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols are adhered to.</li><li>Provide technical guidance on CSA elements and installations, ensuring that contract documents and specifications are relevant to the region.</li><li>Play a pivotal role in the procurement of contractors and vendor.</li></ul><p><strong>  Construction Phase Oversight</strong>:</p><ul><li>Manage and supervise CSA subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring that work is completed to specification and safety standards.</li><li>Full-time on-site presence to conduct inspections and supervise construction activities. </li><li>Ensure construction activities are in full compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.</li><li>Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting on CSA elements and installations, ensuring that all work is completed as per the contract documents and specifications.</li><li>Manage health and safety on site. </li></ul><p><strong>  Handover</strong>:</p><ul><li>Lead the CSA handover processes, ensuring all relevant documentation (test reports, as-builts, O&amp;M manuals) are accurate and handed over to the client.</li><li>Assist in the final project closeout and ensure the CSA elements are handed over seamlessly to the client.</li></ul><p><strong>  Owner’s Representation</strong>:</p><ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact
