Description
Sangre de Cristo Community Care is looking for an experience Clinical Manager to oversee our dynamic hospice care team in our 10-bed inpatient unit in Pueblo, CO. Sangre de Cristo Community Care is the Southern Colorado leader in enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion.
The IPU Clinical Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the In-patient Unit (IPU) clinical team. This includes managing and supervising the clinical staff, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing quality care to patients and their families. The role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures, evaluating patient care outcomes, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring the organization meets its goals and objectives.
The position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current licensure in good standing to practice professionally in the state of Colorado
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Two years of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting, hospice or home care experience preferred.
- Possesses and maintain current CPR certification
- Flexibility to be available after hours and on weekends and be on-call on a rotation basis
- A pre-employment review, at no cost to employees, is required for all employees that includes:
