Hourly base pay rate is $19.13 - $28.65/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. What You’ll Do
You’ll be part of a team that works on various tasks, including fulfillment of supplies for our technicians, material storage, order picking, inventory management and the shipping and receiving of materials. You’ll also make sure internal controls such as inventory management and auditing is accurate and up to date.
Other responsibilities include:
- Overseeing cross-department operations to route automotive components to technicians efficiently.
- Overseeing inventory and asset transactions.
- Ensuring materials and automotive components are appropriately allocated across all local departments.
- Addressing fulfillment issues elevated by supply chain, or posting and procurement, personnel.
- Maintaining accurate record-keeping systems.
- Overseeing the processing of inbound receipts, picking, and staging materials, preparing inventory for shipments and ensuring records are updated and backup documentation is available for audit purposes.
- Helping ensure a safe and secure warehouse.
- Ensuring organization acceptance and collaboration with the supply chain fulfillment, posting, and procurement process.
- Ensuring the integration of the supply chain fulfillment function into the overall business planning and monitoring process.
- Checking multiple software programs for errors and appropriate labeling of inventory statuses.
- Secondary responsibilities include;
- Assisting the estimating department with preparing quotes of repairs for our clients as needed
- Entering tickets to order supplies for the recon building as directed.
- Communicating with account coordinators to ensure accuracy and timeliness of repairs for vehicles.
Who You Are
Your attention to detail has no peer, and are able to accurately and confidently prioritize multiple items in a time sensitive manner. You also have the following qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years’ experience in a related field
• Requires strong knowledge of Basic computer skills required. Good communication and organizational skills required with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, administration and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
Preferred
• Degree in related discipline e.g. – Dealership, automotive parts, service.
