Logistics Coordinator – Customer Service

The Logistics Coordinator processes and tracks orders for transportation, storage, and fulfilment in the business lines of tradeshows, events and other specialized moves. The Coordinator works closely with clients and shippers, as well as sales reps, operations, dispatch and warehouse staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

· Interact with customers that place orders with the company

· Enter and manage orders in the move management system 

· Provide quotes to customers

· Liaise between our agents, customers, and internal departments to assure the smooth execution of shipments. Communicate with customers regarding order changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience level: 1 year customer service experience

Shift: Day shift

Weekly day range: Monday to Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM

Work setting: Office

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV 89118: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
