Location: Nissan Plant, Smyrna, TN

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly, Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. shift, with on-call nights and weekends (no holidays)

NCR Atleos is seeking a dedicated and skilled Telecom Tech Sr. to perform duties at the Nissan plant in Smyrna, TN, as part of our contract with ConvergeOne. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain Cisco IP telephone equipment, ensuring seamless communication across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco IP telephone equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to on-call duties during nights and weekends as required.
• Collaborate with plant staff to address and resolve technical issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to plant personnel.
• Enter hours on a daily/weekly basis.
• Utilize email skills for communication and reporting.
• Explain technical concepts to novices in an understandable manner.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Basic Windows OS & PC knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of technician tools such as screwdrivers, multimeter, etc.
• Strong customer service skills and a personable demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technology-based college degree.
• Networking skills with Telco/Cisco routers and switches.
• Field experience maintaining networking equipment.
