About the role

Third Shift Sunday - Thursday 2300 - 0730

Our Processing Technicians safely and effectively support the production of life-saving allograft products for transplantation in any of the following areas.
In Cellular we produce implants that are allogeneic bone graft substitutes containing viable donor cells intended for homologous use in the repair, replacement, reconstruction or supplementation of the recipient's tissue in musculoskeletal defects. These defects may be surgically created defects or defects created from traumatic injury to bone.
In our Traditional area we work with surgeons and other partners to help develop novel techniques for allograft joint repair. We are helping to restore people’s mobility on and off the field.
We are also at the forefront of dental innovation, involved in the cutting-edge production of life-changing grafts that restore smiles and improve lives. Team members combine advanced biotechnology with meticulous quality control, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the future of dental care.

Our Birth Tissue area is instrumental in producing advanced allografts derived from birth tissue, which are used in regenerative medicine to heal wounds, support surgeries, and improve patient outcomes.

Our CNC area allows you to step into the world of precision and innovation! We operate state-of-the-art CNC machinery to craft intricate and life-changing allografts used in advanced medical procedures.

Our Skin area is at the heart of producing life-saving skin grafts used to treat burn victims, helping them recover and regain their quality of life.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
• Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and supply chain, to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Exhibit high attention to detail and precision in performing tasks and maintaining documentation.
• Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly document processes and collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions.
• Ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
• Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding.
• Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
• Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
• Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates degree in related field.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) or two years of previous tissue allograft manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of processing anatomy and sterile techniques is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
