Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy
- For Part-Time status clinicians must maintain a minimum of 13 client visits per week and be available for minimum of two evenings and weekend hours for in-person and option for a third day for telehealth only hours.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Contribute to a thriving team culture
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
- Candidates must have a valid Pennsylvania issued LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAPC or LSW licensure.
- Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Looking for 2 years experience with providing mental health treatment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed mental health professional (LSW, LPC, LMFT, LAPC, LSW, ) with a valid license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Clinicians working toward full Pennsylvania clinical license are encouraged to apply as supervision is offered.
- Providers offering individual, couples and family therapy using a broad range of modalities. Clinicians may offer family therapy, couples therapy, Play Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dance/Movement Therapy, EMDR, or other specific modalities. Overall, practice includes play-based and interactive methods, regular caregiver involvement and/or family therapy, and tailored approaches that meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is a must.
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Experience with telehealth systems and approaches
