Mobile Device Management (MDM) - Manager

A functional manager with responsibility in our technical functions to maintain/advance existing technologies or introduce new technologies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Directs the work of other lower-level professionals. The majority of time is spent maintaining/advancing existing technologies while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills.

Management professional with one or more employees who are focused on tactical, operational and strategic activities within the Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health mobile device space. The majority of time is spent overseeing areas of responsibility, managing performance, developing talent, engagement and inclusion, communicating business and operational developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports.

A key responsibility of this role is managing people. which includes: accountability for mentoring, developing and coaching staff on meeting/exceeding performance expectations and defined objectives, providing leadership to staff ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives to include defining performance goals and targets, conducting performance reviews, and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and employee development efforts and manage toward departmental goals.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

• Plans, directs and implements all aspects of the mobile device management (MDM) across the lifecycle in alignment with the department strategy.

• Create/source/maintain mobile device management tools to enable application availability for the end users. Ensures availability of the tools for the business and leads root cause to resolution for problems that arise. Maintains reports for audit support.

• Tools include: Operating System deployments, Sentinel EMS deployments.

• Sets priority and oversees deployments (application or configuration). Is liaison between project teams to effectively set priorities.

• Defines and effectively implements MDM processes. Identifies and implements efficiencies. Drives awareness/understanding/usage of process across the organization.

• Ensures processes align with regulatory expectations.

• Drives generation of field/customer facing documentation ensuring consistency in troubleshooting and information.

• Primary liaison for MDM tool vendor – including management of KPIs and development/implementation of engagement operating mechanisms.

• Collaborates with product development teams to ensure seamless integration of new hardware/sw technologies into the MDM. Supports launch and manages post-launch maintenance.

• Indirect management of offshore extended team.

• Development and publishing of team metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
