Job Description

This position provides HR consultation and direction in people strategy, organizational change management and talent initiatives to EITS executives. This leader may call on subject matter experts and resources from the Centers of Excellence to provide deep knowledge and guidance in Leadership Program Design, Organization Design, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition. The Senior Director will work in a global, matrix culture with access to functional experts in HR to deliver on specific needs.

This role will provide partnership to a leadership team that manages global team members in the US, UK, Costa Rica, India, Malaysia, Brazil, and a few other locations. Some travel (domestic and/or international) required.

 

Areas of focus for this position

HR Business Partnership – Provide HR business partnership to assigned Senior Executives and global Leadership teams within EITS. This Senior HR Director will advise, coach, and facilitate discussion with leaders so that together a people plan is built and implemented for this unique and geographically diverse business team within Experian. Be a trusted HR partner for leaders and employees. The Senior HR Director will also support the CHRO to drive key strategic initiatives and bring to life the vision and talent strategy for the overall EITS, and EGSO (Experian Global Security Office) team. 

Talent Strategy and Talent Management - Manage and coordinate all efforts in partnership with corporate Talent Management experts to ensure that talent initiatives and programs are implemented seamlessly and effectively with results driven outcomes. Provide input and support in the design and development of all talent initiatives including the talent review and succession planning processes, development plans, etc. with focus on building and embedding a high-performance culture across the organization globally. Drive robust creation of an internal bench of top talent to enable the future proofing of the business. Track and provide regular status updates for all talent programs.

Leadership Development – Support and drive the development of EITS and EGSO leaders across all levels leveraging the Leadership Exchange and other Experian talent development programs.

Employee Development - Translate needs into development programs that target career pathing and helping managers learn to coach and give feedback to employees. Serve as the lead for retention, promotion, engagement, and performance programs within EITS.

Change Management -  Be the subject matter expert on change management and partner closely with communications as needed. Facilitate the development of a high-performing team, driving culture change. Provide support as work occurs with cross-functional teams across multiple departments to design and implement such solutions and process improvement to ensure a holistic approach. Function as a member of the leadership team providing insights and recommendations on ways to continuously improve the organization, implement new growth strategies, and achieve financial objectives.
