Description:
The Alliance Director, Salesforce is a key part of helping TA Digital scale to meet the needs of our clients. The mission of this role is to drive the strategy and execution of key revenue-producing initiatives in partnership with Salesforce. You will be fully responsible for developing and managing the alliance relationship to generate revenue through our direct sales team and surpass organizational quotas.
Responsibilities:
- The Alliance Director, Salesforce will be on the front lines of this initiative, developing the partnership strategy, executing towards its goals, and serving as the primary point of contact on these relationships across internal and external touchpoints with leadership, customers, internal constituents, and partners
- Accountable for the success of our relationships with Salesforce, measured through new business opportunities, solution adoption, support of the TA Digital’s sales team and joint GTM activities
- Engage directly with strategic customers, partners and internal stakeholders as a primary point of contact on our partnership
- Coordinate the launch of various integrations or joint solutions with Salesforce in collaboration with our Practice lead
- Coordinate our joint presence at each other’s key events or related industry events
- Develop innovative integrations or business models that align with TA Digital’s objectives
- Work collaboratively with Salesforce to build a comprehensive annual joint business plan
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to build joint go to market plans and sales strategy materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required or 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales, business development & alliances experience
- Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Alliance / Channel Sales experience
- Proven success in directly managing customer and large partner relationships toward business outcomes
- Strong business and financial acumen and an ability to forge creative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across large functional teams (product, sales, finance, legal) in support of customer/partner success
- Strong skills in multi-tasking, communications, negotiation, organization, and teamwork
- An ability to work independently to solve complex problems and deliver on assigned growth metrics
- Strong strategic selling/business development skills

Hybrid Work Model:
