USA Waste-Management Resources, LLC in Houston, Texas seeks a Senior Manager, Application Support. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering or closely related field with 5 years’ work related experience in HR technology support.  Apply on https://careers.wm.com/.

The Senior Manager, Application Support, oversees a team responsible for the day-to-day support, planning for releases and upgrades and managing projects/enhancements for assigned Finance system(s)/module(s) (e.g. ERP Oracle Cloud, Blackline, OneStream, etc.). The role provides strategic and tactical consultation and input on design options supporting processes/transactions and plans with Functional Owners, Release Management and OCM to align resources and scope to milestones. Engaging and hands on leader with system expertise and experience.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering or closely related field with 5 years of work related experience in HR technology support.  

SPECIAL SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Hybrid position based out of Houston, Texas.

Experience in the following:

• Evaluating requirements and specs for development, testing and deployment 
• Database (SQL/MS Access)
• Interfaces (Crystal/SSRS/RRDL)
• Coupa and Compass
• Oracle ERP cloud
