What You Will Do:
Execute the commissioning and decommissioning of multiplex pump skids and components at oil and gas well sites for use on Jet Lift artificial lift, Salt Water Disposal (SWD) Systems, and other facilities.
Service, repair and troubleshoot multiplex pumps, commonly known as “Triplex” and “Quintuplex” and auxiliary components for operation. Including but not limited to; electric motor and their variable speed drives (VSD), safety switches, flow meters, various valves, and lubrication and sump pumps.
Troubleshoot, repair and service Jet Lift systems used for artificial lift in the oil and gas industry.
Regularly complete preventive maintenance on all equipment.
Timely and accurately create service tickets.
Participate with on-call rotation for the location, as required by the business.
Comply with all customer requirements and safety policies and procedures.
Develop good working relationships with customers through professional and timely communication.
Contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture.
Maintain a clean and well-organized work area and company truck.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Valid drivers license in state of residence
Acceptable driving record through Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Minimum Qualifications:
Two years work related experience as a field service technician.
Strong mechanical skills with ability to perform mechanical field maintenance work.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed to complete the work.
Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to uphold safety standards and identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.
Ability to actively listen, troubleshoot issues, manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond quickly and express thoughts clearly, both orally and in writing, using good grammar.
Able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information and developing alternative solutions.
Must work well in group problem solving situations and use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
Must prioritize and plan work activities efficiently, work with minimal supervision and take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work to achieve goals and objectives.
Create maintain professional relationships with customers by responding to requests and asking for feedback to improve service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience with jet lift systems
Basic understanding of downhole pumps and completions.
Working knowledge of multi-cylinder engines.
I&E (instrumentation and electrical) and automation experience.
