Pay: $38.20 - $39.35 p/h - Depending on experience

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

• We work to provide children and their families with a safe and challenging environment while offering early-intervention strategies to assist children who might be at risk or disadvantaged.

• Seeking a strong and experienced Room Leader - must be flexible with shifts times 

• We have a Child and Family Practitioner, a Speech Pathologist and an Occupational Therapist who liaise with our Educators to provide training in how best to assist children with any additional, sensory or behavioral needs.

• Work with a Director who has been in the Early Learning industry for 30+ years!

You’ll need:  

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) 

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards 

• Current SA Working with Children Check
