Your Role & Responsibilities

• Manage complex software deployment projects, including integration with legacy systems
• Lead daily standups, workshops, and project status meetings to drive alignment and progress
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain clear project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
• Coordinate across departments and vendors to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of project milestones
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5–7 years of direct project management experience, with 5–10 additional years in PM-adjacent roles (PMO, BA, Test Lead, etc)
• Proven experience with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software deployments and legacy system integrations
• Strong financial management background, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance tracking
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Office 365, Confluence, and Jira
• Exceptional communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Accrual-based accounting experience
• Vendor management experience, including RFP processes
• Utility industry background or experience in large-scale organizations with complex interdepartmental coordination

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred but not required
