Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workday Team Lead with expertise in both HR and Finance modules to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and maintaining Workday solutions, specifically within the HR and Finance platforms. This role involves working closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to deliver seamless integrations, optimize business processes, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end configuration of Workday’s HR (HCM, Payroll, Core Compensation, Talent Management, Absence) and Finance modules (Financial Management, Procurement, Expenses, and Accounting).
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet organizational goals.
• Configure and implement Workday business processes for HR (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, Leave & Absence) and Finance (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Spend Management).
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations between HR and Finance systems, ensuring smooth and accurate data flow across both domains (e.g., integrating financial data with HR payroll and compensation processes).
• Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and analytics, utilizing Workday Report Writer, Prism Analytics, and Workday BI, to support both HR and Finance decision-making and reporting needs.
