Warehouse Forklift Operator - Bucyrus

Description

Responsibilities: 

· Ability to use a forklift to load and unload inbound and outbound materials

· Move freight, stock, to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers, by hand or using other equipment

· Sort finished goods before loading and unloading

· Attach identifying labels to containers or mark them with identifying information

· Read work orders or follow oral instructions of work assignments

· Assist in maintaining work area (i.e. sweeping, emptying trash, etc.)

· Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management. 

Available Shift:

Sunday 7am to 3pm and Monday - Thursday 9am to 5pm

Expectations: 

· Run a safe, clean operation that promotes zero accidents 

· Meet production and delivery schedules 

· Be at work on time all scheduled days 

Requirements

· No more than 4 attendance points to qualify.

· No second write up in any area

· Standing long periods, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 40 lbs. individually and 80 lbs. with a team lift. 

· Maintain product specifications during production and packing according to customer requests. 

· Meet daily delivery requirements. 

· Monitor and advise if there are not an adequate inventory of materials (finished parts, WIP, and raw materials). 

· May participate in housekeeping. 

· Adhere to all safety procedures.
