Project Coordinator - Energy & Mobility

TechFlow’s success in the Energy and Mobility marketspace has created an opportunity to add a Project Coordinator focused exclusively on Energy and Mobility. The ideal Project Coordinator will have construction industry experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Engineers and Business Unit Leaders to track, assist, and report on multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tracking of material, production and project costs and provide documentation to PM
• Assist PM with correspondence and reporting to clients and federal/state agencies
• Assist PM with creating internal budgets for cost tracking and invoicing
• Maintain project schedule tracking for PM for multiple project internally
• Attend construction-related meetings to support project-related functions
• Assist PM with bid submittal packages
• Preparing change order documentation/costing
• Provide onsite administrative support activities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior project coordination experience in a construction setting
• Ability to multi task, possess strong attention to detail, manage tight deadlines and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Project & Excel, invoicing and/or job costing software

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in related construction field(s)
• Associates degree in related field(s)
