ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Management Associate focuses on daily data maintenance for personnel administration, if necessary, consults with relevant stakeholders such as Local HR or Payroll. Being a part of a global team offers also various opportunities to take initiative and/or participate in projects focused on HR processes, digital innovation/transformation, and global branding. The position is full-time (40hrs/week).
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The HR Data Management Associate carries out operational HR administration related processes and transactions for SAP employee base in Germany, such as:
- Generate employment contracts for candidates and create employee profiles for new hires in SuccessFactors (HCM).
- Transfer data of employees who are moving to different teams/locations.
- Manage employee personal data changes, such as marital status, bank details, etc., for German location.
- Update employment/career changes including, but not limited to, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations.
- Process payment requests for employees from other HR functions.
- Develop a deep understanding of HR processes to serve as an advisor to customers while providing an excellent service experience.
- Perform quality checks on maintained data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Take advantage of opportunities for team's innovative projects that help drive SAP's technology, while improving our data maintenance processes.
Note: The above listed tasks are just an example. The concrete scope of responsibilities will be assigned upon joining the team.
WORK EXPERIENCE
No previous experience is required for this role
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- Professional communication skills; both written and verbal
- English language is a must,
- German language is a “nice-to-have”
- Customer oriented attitude
- Ability to work with confidential information in a timely manner
- Accuracy / attention to detail
- Fast learner
- Basic knowledge of MS office is a must (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- SAP HR system knowledge advantage
