Executive – Employee Relations Operations

(Based at MAS Linea Intimo - Biyagama)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining MAS Linea Intimo as an Executive – Employee Relations Operations based at Biyagama. To recruit, select and retain employees in worker categories in order to fulfil organisational manpower requirements and reduce turnover and absenteeism in order to ensure organizational requirements are met in an effective manner.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct and carry out recruitment campaigns in selected villages in order to fill organisational manpower requirements
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel rented by the company so as to create a healthy and safe environment whilst, looking into employee related issues and solving same
  • Liaise with the Production department and other departments to identify, attract, select and recruit machine operators and other worker categories in order to fulfill manpower requirements of the organization
  • Develop positive Employee relations through effective communication such as the following so as to minimise absenteeism and labour turnover and enhance motivation levels in order to maintain man power requirements of the organization
  • Conduct CSR projects as per the divisional requirement to enhance the immediate community of the plant, obtain feedback and expertise from the Central Sustainability team 

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduates in Human Resources, Business Management or any other qualification in a relevant field / Professional - Fully Qualified.
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, and IT literacy skills with the ability to manage and analyze data efficiently.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
