Description

  Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as project management activities for assigned biosimilar programs and develop and maintain detailed program milestones and timelines.
• Facilitate team meetings to drive cross-functional communication, decision making and successful execution of program and accountability to commitments and timelines.
• Apply project management best practices, from development of agenda to distribution of meeting summaries, to follow up of all relevant action items.
• Report on program progress/change and elevation of issues/delays, as appropriate to management.
• Facilitate due diligence activities with internal team and external partners.
• Participate in and contribute to the feasibility assessment of proposed projects and ventures during the project evaluation process. Maintain a thorough understanding of the future pipeline products and their technologies, patent issues, manufacturing challenges, pricing and market dynamic barriers to entry.

Requirements

Education:

• Master in Pharmaceutical sciences
• MBA preferable

Experience:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in reputed pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry with good knowledge about project planning of biosimilar products.
