Warehouse Lead, Phoenix

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

• Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.

• Monitor workflow and assign tasks to maintain efficient operations.

• Ensure proper use of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks.

• Conduct cycle counts and assists in resolving inventory discrepancies.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Act as point of contact for shift-related issues and escalate as necessary to management.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics in collaboration with transportation partners.

• Generate and maintain reports related to warehouse performance and inventory accuracy. Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) preferred.

• Forklift certification a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time; shift schedule may vary (day/evening/weekend availability required depending on business needs
