The current expectation is that we are in office two days each week (Tuesday-Wed), with extra additional days as required during the month.</p> <p><strong>Overview</strong>: The Associate Business Analyst is the liaison between the company and the client. Works with Senior Business Analysts to define the objectives and requirements of our business strategies. Determines what the client requirements are and works with the design team and the developers to create a final product.<br><strong><br>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Works with client to understand their requirements of the system;<br>• Assists Senior BA’s and SME’s in identifying / defining client requirements;<br>• Works with Product development to communicate the client’s needs;<br>• Accountable for assigned functional track and deliverables;<br>• Creating and maintaining deliverables within assigned area;<br>• Participates in testing the product before it is released to the client, adequately describes defects and works to resolve them;<br>• Assist in triaging escalated system defects and/or providing clarification on functionality;<br>• Support each of the following parts of the full client lifecycle:<br>o Project Kick-Off;<br>o Implementation;<br>o Go Live;<br>• Provide support to the team during implementation as well as post go live;<br>• Document and maintain deliverables (requirements document, Configuration Design Doc, etc.);<br>• Configure system based on design;<br>• Ensuring configuration meets requirements and works as expected;<br>• Works with Senior BA’s and SME’s to provide business case for enhancement requests;<br>• Assists design team and developers with understanding complicated requirements and designs;<br>• Assists QA and Support with understanding client needs;<br>• Further develop industry knowledge;<br>• Provide support for internal training events as necessary;<br>• Relies on experience and ju
