Job Title: Resident Care Assistant / Med Tech (11a-7p) 

Location: Pineapple House of Naples

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our beautiful senior community. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living to our residents. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (Certified Med Tech trained candidates preferred)

- Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff

- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred

- Certified Med Tech training preferred

- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work part-time and PRN shifts as needed
