Your New Role…
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Representative for our busy lighting and grip rental department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their equipment rental needs, processing rental orders, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Assist customers with selecting the appropriate lighting and grip equipment for their production needs. Coordinate equipment pick-up and return with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Create and send estimates to collect purchase order numbers. Process rental orders and agreements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Inspect equipment for damage and ensure it is in working condition before rental. Assist with equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment availability.
• Organize and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse space.

Qualifications & Experience…

• 1+ year experience in a rental or warehouse environment preferred
• Knowledge of lighting and grip equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more
• Computer PC Proficient
• Knowledge of RTPro Inventory Tracking System preferred
• Forklift certification preferred
