If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.<br/> <br/> The Position<br/> • As a Senior Admin Support in our Fill finish expansions department, you will:</p> <p>• Provide administrative support to the Site Lead and Senior management team.<br/> • Coordinate cross-functional activities with specific support for the HR Function.<br/> • Operate in collaboration with stakeholders on annual processes and coordinating key events.<br/> • Utilize your strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br/> • Demonstrate proficiency in Concur and SAP</p> <p><br/> Qualifications<br/> • To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:</p> <p>• Administrative education or similar education.<br/> • Very strong knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<br/> • Exceptionally organised and structured way of working<br/> • Efficient, service-minded and flexible</p> <p><br/> About the Department               </p> <p>To meet the increasing demand for current and future treatments in serious chronic diseases, we are looking into expanding our global manufacturing footprint in Ireland.</p> <p>This is an exciting challenge and a chance to make a lasting impact.
