About the role
You will be responsible for successful value delivery and realization for the clients. This will require successful management and execution of o9 implementations leveraging a blend of strong management consulting capability, thought leadership in the planning space and client empathy.
What you will do for us
Customer Management:
Take ownership of client satisfaction and value delivery across multiple customer accounts
Build long-term relationships at executive and operational levels
Resolve project issues including timeline, budget, and scope, by deep customer empathy and understanding of business priorities and constraints
Anchor the steer co meetings with the client executives to resolve the trade-offs pertaining to the program, educate client about o9 offerings and how other customers are using the platform
Ensure the program is staffed for success and bubble up the key requirements and constraints to the portfolio leads
Provide guidance, mentoring, feedback and coaching to the project team
Accountable for the profit, margin and pricing for consulting services
Oversee the invoicing and credit terms for managed clients
Provide Financial/business planning monthly revenue forecast for the clients/portfolio
Support the client retention and subscription renewal by means of having a delighted client
Support expansion of the customer account for future opportunities
Be an inspiring and trusted leader to all around you (clients, o9ers, partners), by the values you demonstrate and the knowledge you possess
Sales Support
Support new sales cycles by presenting the delivery methodology, principles, implementation approach and effort to the prospect
Create SOWs for new programs
Proactively highlight the staffing requirement for new cycles
Cross functional collaboration
Work closely with the cross functional teams to resolve any constraints (ex platform team for technical issues, product team for new capabilities, marketing team for the specific customer events and press releases etc.)
What you will have
Experience:
3+ years of business consulting experience
Expertise in the planning and digital transformation space (in areas like demand planning, assortment planning, supply planning, IBP, Revenue Management etc.)
Deep knowledge of the respective industry (could be Retail, Consumer product, Automotive, Semiconductor etc.)
3+ years of experience in managing complex technology deployment programs in an agile fashion (all aspects like risk, mitigation, resources, budgets, invoices, milestones etc.)
Adept at building executive relationships and credibility anchored on trust and deep knowledge of the planning space
Proficient in value impact analysis of processes, programs and technology deployments
Education:
Bachelor's degree in operations research, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field of study
Skills:
Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal & relationship building skills
