In this role, you will spearhead our content strategy, mentor a talented team of writers, and shape the voice of our brand across all channels. • Create and implement content strategies to drive sales across different channels that match business goals and market needs.

• Research the market to understand customer challenges, motivations, and behavior.

• Write, edit, and improve high-converting content for landing pages, email campaigns, product descriptions, apps, and meta ads, keeping a consistent tone, style, and guidelines.

• Regularly test and refine content to maximize impact and sales. Lead and mentor a diverse team of writers, encouraging open communication and shared learning.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to integrate content efforts into broader marketing campaigns.

• Conduct regular content audits to ensure high standards and brand consistency, and establish clear quality guidelines with metrics for continuous improvement.

• Oversee the allocation of content projects among the chapter’s writers, emphasizing necessary competencies, identifying potential bottlenecks, and providing suggestions to manage workload overload.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in team management;

• Strong background in developing and executing content strategies that align with business goals;

• Proficiency in analyzing content performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize content;

• Experience in various writing styles, including SEO writing, copywriting, and long-form content;

• Proven track record of creating content that converts and drives measurable results;

• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and web content;

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;

• Experience in crafting narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Gross salary range from 4000 EUR/month.
