About the role

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter are to forecast and hire employees for the home office and R&D facility. The recruiter is a business partner to both Human Resources and hiring manager. This position is responsible for leading and teaching the full recruitment life cycle. Other duties include sourcing and evaluating job candidates, advising hiring managers, maintaining recruitment reports, developing staffing plans and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Requirements

Candidates/incumbents must meet the minimum qualifications as detailed below.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Experience working in a recruiting agency a plus.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (Workable and Paylocity), a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve best possible solutions.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Deep understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrate good human intuition.
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues. Ability to multitask
  • Ability to deal effectively with time pressures, stress, and changing demands of job on a regular basis
  • Ability to handle highly confidential business information
