Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring top-quality care? As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in scheduling and managing nursing department staff to ensure seamless operations and quality resident care.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain nursing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
• Track attendance, tardiness, and staffing needs
• Assist with hiring and onboarding nursing staff
• Support HR and nursing leadership with administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in scheduling/staff coordination preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
