Job Description

Bosch team is looking for ServiceNow solution architect and developer who will be leading the design, research and analysis within ServiceNow framework, with the emphasis on Service Catalog and Service Portal development solutions, providing the technical directions and best practices, design citizen development solution and service standardization, meeting customer demands and setting priority driven by Bosch IT strategies and processes. This role will also provide the technical consultation for customers, customer support group and implementation teams.  

• Design, develop, test, and document robust solutions, including catalog items, UI customization and interfaces utilizing ServiceNow platform
• Ability to develop data modeling and design
• Translate user and architectural requirements into secure, well-tested implementations
• Build-up standalone application consuming ServiceNow Web Services and APIs
• Ability to develop RESTFul Web Service using ExpressJS
• Ability to consume RESTFul Web Service in combination with ServiceNow
• Conduct full SDLC to develop, unit-test, deploy, maintain codebases and peer review code changes
• Resolve tough problems with the ideal solution, partnering effectively with various team members along the way
• Remain up-to-date on industry trends, share knowledge among teams and abide by industry best practices
• Work collaboratively with teams across multiple time zones and locations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience with ServiceNow development and configuration in the areas of ITSM and ITOM.
• 2+ years of experience with APIs and integration design and implementation between ServiceNow and other systems
• 2+ year working experience with Git and CI/CD tool suites
