You just have to grab them and <strong>build your different.</strong></p><h3><strong>As our new Senior Legal Counsel, you will:</strong></h3> <p>The new Senior Legal Counsel will be a part of the Financial Products &amp; Partnerships Legal Team and will work with the most innovative kevin.’s in-store payments related products, specifically:</p> <ul> <li>Perform market and product-related legal analysis, researches and assessments;</li> <li>Ensure that all the necessary legal framework regarding kevin.’s in-store payments related products is prepared and / or improved to make them a top-legal documents;</li> <li>Be an integral part of the in-store payments related products approvement and launching processes;</li> <li>Ensure and be a decision maker whether kevin.’s in-store payments related products are compliant with the applicable legal regulation;</li> <li>Represent kevin. interests in negotiations with the strategic partners and clients;</li> <li>Undertake a hands-on role to handle complex legal matters regarding  in-store payments related products, including legal support for other kevin.‘s teams.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you need to be successful:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>5+ years’ of experience in business-related legal work;</li> <li>3+ years’ of experience in financial services industry;</li> <li>Master’s degree in Law;</li> <li>Experience working with a cards and (or) payment schemes and (or) systems while providing product-related legal support and advice;</li> <li>Experience in financial services industry, providing legal support for payment related products and (or) other related services, including its launching and further legal support is considered as an advantage;</li> <li>Significant experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial and product-related agreements, with a strong intellectual property law and technology transactions background preferred;</li> <li>Experience in advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of payments-related product development and maintaining;</li> <li>Being proactive in identifying product-related improvements, and business needs, a self-starter, with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment;</li> <li>Fluent in English (both spoken &amp; written)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Reward and benefits - What’s on offer at kevin.:</strong></h3> <p>We only hire the very best talent from across Europe and beyond.
