As the Trade Customer and Operations Coordinator, you will coordinate various operational tasks and functions to ensure the smooth running of the delivery of trade activations from warehouse to retail on a day-to-day basis. You will support the operational team as required, coordinating the production, delivery, and compliance of all POS primary packaging materials in readiness for marketing and sales key activations. You will ensure supply, customer fulfilment and key milestones are met, by working with external printing suppliers, stakeholders within the business and managing the critical path for each launch.Our working environment is ever changing and very fast paced as we must match our speed to the ever-changing winds of pop culture. Successful candidates must be as flexible as Mister Fantastic and have the speed of The Flash. A keen eye for detail as well as a bias for action will also go a long way! What You’ll Do

- Work together with the Marketing & Sales team to support in the delivery of the agreed trade marketing strategy across the US.
- POS procurement including managing contracts, briefing, sign off on services and ensuring supplies are of high quality and delivered on time.
- Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to deliver POS/CDU's/FSDU's/Clipstrips/Displays which includes briefing and supplying of cutter guides and artwork, reviewing samples and signing off, raising PO's, ensuring booking and delivery of print materials into the warehouse and delivered in time to retail.
- Work closely with the Operations, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Services teams to ensure all retail specific requirements are built to specifications and delivered on time to retailers.
- Own, maintain and manage the critical path for trade initiatives such as assortments/POS/CDU's/Clipstrip programs and FSDU launches, working with cross functional teams and ensuring successful implementation from initiation to delivery into retail
- Use weekly forums to align and collaborate with key stakeholders across departments and external suppliers - highlighting key lead times, deadlines and monitoring all key stages.
- Communicate out issues, priorities, and project statuses to varying level of team member on a frequent basis, putting forward solutions and problem solving where needed
- Ensure retailer and licensor requirements are documented and quarterly reviewed as appropriate.
- Consistently track annual expenses of all cardboard consumables against budget and identify opportunities to reduce cost.
- Review and managing the process of scraping of carboard material.
- Role includes but is not limited to:
- Collating required information from multiple sources (customer manuals, PO’s, project briefs, customer FSDU specs)
- Solution focused - Identify any hurdles and find a solution to keep the project on track
- Ensuring stock timelines are met
- Liaising with the third-party suppliers to align with scheduled work plans
- Assess and flag risk of launches with key stakeholders
- Identify and create different workflow streams for retail activations
- Suggest and implement process changes in line with evolving business needs
- Manage the cost analysis to ensure strong ROI for the business
- Creation of multiple tracking documents
- Implementation of guides to ensure best in practise on trade activation
