About the role

Seeking a HVAC Sales Representative for a leading commercial and industrial heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) service company in the Southeast. This position will be out of Charleston, SC.

Pay rate: $70 K-90 K plus Bonus (Pay is based on experience) OR let us know what you need

Relocation: Relocation assistance is available for the ideal candidate

Shift: Mon -Fri (8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilities for HVAC Sales Representative:

Business Development:

Identify and qualify potential clients within the target market (industrial, commercial).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts (engineers, contractors, architects).
Attend industry events (trade shows, conferences) to generate leads and build relationships

· Project Development:

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
Conduct site visits, perform system assessments, and gather project requirements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop optimal HVAC solutions.
Prepare and submit project bids and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
