The Alchemy Operations team manages client-specific operational tasks across virtually every practice area within the agency, including Strategy, Investment, HR, Finance, Invoice Reconciliation, and Agency Administration & Compliance. We centralize and standardize fundamental work required across all pieces of business as well as bring tactical and detail-oriented work streams together to find smarter, faster ways of working. Job Description

Daily Tasks
•    Work hand-in-hand with Associate Director on team roles and responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team
•    Connect with Strategy and Investment peers on account-specific requests
•    Oversee and manage agency tools and systems:
    Maintain system hierarchies, structure, and user security
    Facilitate trainings for team members
    Create/enforce workflows & processes
    Support Data Governance and PM compliances
    Trouble-shoot any issues/questions that arise 
•    Ensure compliance for tasks such as:
    Managing client-specific billing procedures
    Product codes and other systems work
•    Creative Asset Management 
    Participate in and/or lead team meetings
    Agency lead responsible for managing communications with clients and creative agencies relating to receipt and activation of campaign creative assets
    Communicates campaign creative specifications to creative agencies and ensures built assets meet these requirements upon receipt
    Ensures timely receipt of all necessary creative assets from creative agencies and maintains organized Lilly asset library of all assets on behalf of Alchemy
    Monitors new creative assets in ad server (GCM, Innovid, Meta, etc) and helps track subsequent deletion on required date
    Agency primary recipient of creative asset deployment instructions (flight dates, rotation, landing pages, placement mapping etc) and manages communication of these details to broader agency team
    Oversees implementation of creative QA process in coordination with ad ops team and digital media buyers including the enforcement of creative naming taxonomy used for reporting automation

Qualifications

•    3+ year experience in planning, operations, finance, project management or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
•    Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Applied Mathematics or related
•    Proficiency in making progress/completing work, even with overlapping deadlines
•    An individual who equally cares about his/her own career as well as the Associates
•    The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PPT and XLS (where filtering, pivoting, and charts and graphs building are key)
•    Quantitative and analytical skills, yet willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science.
•    Experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
•    Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment
•    Brave voices who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo, but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others.
