Senior Construction Services Manager

Your Impact:

• Field oversight of construction projects, including documentation, meetings, and coordination with various entities. Most construction projects are for K-12 and Higher Education facilities
• Verify that the work performed is in accordance with plans and specifications and maintain logs of project progress
• Review pay estimates, inspection reports and submittals, RFI’s and change orders
• Attend project meetings and job site visits for our projects throughout the Galveston area
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and governing agencies as needed
• This position will begin working on a large project located in Galveston, Tx, so candidates physically located in Galveston are strongly encouraged to apply

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Associate degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 3+ years construction administration experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to read construction documents
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly
• Strong communication written and verbal skills
• Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors
