Work with Oracle's world class healthcare EMR- Cerner Millennium technology to design, build, troubleshoot, analyze, monitor and support Oracle-Cerner ITworks global infrastructure in the ambulatory clinics and out-patient settings.
Work closely with Oracle's -internal ITWorks business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracle's-Cerner EMR applications internally to healthcare client.
Career Level - IC2
Provide support to internal users of Oracle Health Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent users at Data Center meetings, user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary.
As a Systems Analyst 2, you will leverage your EMR build expertise to deliver positive ambulatory EMR benefits during client engagements. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients through current build changes, upgrades, system changes, and enhancements. You will also be responsible for ongoing system maintenance of ambulatory applications and acting as a solution system analyst for the client’s ambulatory solution, troubleshooting and resolving issues. As a member of this team, you will develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support. Additionally, you will resolve escalated problems and issues using your solution knowledge and expertise. Your role will involve resolving EMR build concerns raised during installation, operation, and maintenance, creating build test scripts and workplans, and participating in unit and integrated testing and support.
Basic Qualifications
• At least 5 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
• 3-5 years’ experience in healthcare (Cerner Millennium) solution build, information technology (HCIT)
• High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• PowerChart Ambulatory Build Tools
• Experienced in- Scheduling, Orders, PowerForms, mPages, Message Center, Dynamic Documentation, Patient Portal, Referral Management
• Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization
• On Call will be required
• Any additional Oracle Cerner application expertise is a plus.
• Experience with on call or ticketing systems
• (Recommended not required) Certification in any of the following Cerner Millennium Fundamentals, Registration Management, Scheduling management, Powerforms, Iview, Charge Services, PowerChart, Dynamic Documentation, PowerChart Ambulatory, mPages
Expectations
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations, projects, and client expectations
• Weekly on call rotation with the team and schedule flexibility for projects and go lives as needed for the organization.
• Consult with client on current workflows and recommend future state workflows.
• Consult with client on system changes and ongoing system maintenance
• Provide client partners troubleshooting and knowledge transfer
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement support
• Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertise
• Resolve client concerns raised during operation and maintenance of solution application
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position experience

US: Hiring Range in USD from $27.07 to $54.13 per hour; from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
