Job Summary
This position is based in Chicago and requires occasional work in the evenings and on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Identifies, recruits, trains, and manages reunion volunteers, acts as liaison for reunion committees.
- Builds strong relationships with volunteer reunion committees and communicates frequently with these key alumni.
- Leads and manages reunion volunteer committees, strategic outreach materials and messaging, events, and meetings.
- Works with reunion program chairs to identify and recruit committee volunteers for each class reunion.
- Works with reunion committees to plan additional class-specific events throughout the reunion weekend.
- Serves as a resource for alumni leaders and volunteers in their efforts to organize events and strengthen the Booth community.
- Develops strategies to achieve 100% committee participation.
- Works with the Annual Fund in developing strategies to achieve 100% committee participation.
- In partnership with the Marketing/Communications team, assists with creating and managing a comprehensive reunion engagement strategy using broadcast emails, print-based collateral materials, and social media.
- Manages reunion website edits.
- Manages various data reporting for reunion reports, list requests, mailings, etc.
- Publishes updated information on reunion volunteer classes via social media platforms in Griffin.
- Assists with tracking reunion volunteer engagement reporting and evaluation.
- Builds and maintains relationships with campus partners, maintaining a high level of communication and service.
- Works with University Relationship Managers to identify prospects in each class as volunteers.
- Develops, implements, and executes a strategy to grow and strengthen class-based engagement and philanthropy of alumni as they engage in Chicago Booth Connect.
