We’re looking for a digitally native hybrid Digital Content Producer / Art Director who blends sharp design instincts with smart content thinking and a performance-driven mindset. This person will create digital-first content for social, web, and integrated campaigns, while using data and insights to continually optimize creative execution.
While a remote position, accommodating meetings in Pacific Time is required.

What does a Digital Content Producer / Art Director do at Rain the Growth Agency?
- Manage the production of digital assets, ensuring quality, consistency, creative integrity, and timely delivery.
- Directly produce a variety of digital content, including graphics, social media posts, animations, and short-form videos—leverage emerging AI tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly to increase efficiency.
- Manage and maintain all digital content working from a content calendar in collaboration with the media team, automating content versioning and optimization for different media channels.
- Provide meticulous attention to detail, upholding and delivering work at the highest quality standards.
- Stay current on design trends, AI advancements, and advertising innovations.
- Be a champion for all creative work, helping teammates understand the value of what we do.
- Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and strategists to execute content that’s engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.
- Prioritize and pivot workflow based on medium and touchpoint, organizing tasks, meeting production timelines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Review and correct visual elements, paying close attention to layouts, typography, and other visual aspects for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, style guides, and visual identity standards.
What makes a great Digital Content Producer / Art Director at our Agency?
- Highly motivated and resourceful, ability to move work forward independently while knowing when to escalate and ask for direction.
- Demonstrated ability to balance being hands-on and organized, while being equally comfortable brainstorming fresh ideas or digging into performance metrics.
- Proven track record of being accountable while working in a remote environment.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in digital content creation, art direction, or a related field within an agency, in-house studio, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and content optimization.
- Solid technical proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Skilled in video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics with After Effects, plus experience with AI-powered audio editing tools for cleaning and enhancing audio.
- Experience with AI automation workflows to scale content creation, analyze performance, apply insights to improve/innovate creative strategies while maintaining brand fidelity is a plus.
