In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve inquiries and providing support that reflects our commitment to quality service. Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and providing appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Support other departments by relaying feedback or requests from customers

• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

• Provide general administrative assistance to the customer service team as needed
