Piedmont Medical Network, Rock Hill, South Carolina

Piedmont Medical Network Rock Hill is a 282-bed full-service, Level III trauma hospital (advancing to Level II in 2026) with a Level III NICU, along with a comprehensive heart and vascular center, Advance Primary Stroke Center that serves York County and beyond. Piedmont Medical Network Fort Mill, a 100-bed community hospital in 2023 providing robotic surgical services, orthopedics, bariatric center of excellence and OB services to further serve the community.

PMN offers emergency services at four locations, Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Gold Hill and Indian Land (May 2026). PMN provides imaging services through the Women’s Diagnostic Center at PMN-Rock Hill and Baxter Village in Fort Mill, a pain center and wound care center at PMN-Rock Hill.

Piedmont Medical Network opened in 1983 at 222 South Herlong Avenue in Rock Hill and has continued to expand its campus and services with the goal of meeting the health care needs of York, Chester, and Lancaster County areas. Fort Mill Medical Center, Fort Mill, South Carolina

Fort Mill Medical Center is a state of the art, 100 bed facility in Ft. Mill, SC that is one of the four campuses of Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill. Piedmont also operates a free-standing emergency department on Gold Hill Road in Ft. Mill and is opening another free-standing emergency department in Indian Land, in May 2026. The Fort Mill Hospital includes a three-story bed tower, a helipad and room for future expansion.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Market Chief Human Resources Officer, Piedmont Market Network serves the hospital and group leadership team as strategic advisor providing high-quality consultancy on a diverse set of strategic and operational HR issues; representing specific hospital or market needs; ensuring implementation and application of agreed upon HR processes, systems, policies and programs; leads escalation and resolution of employee relation matters; lead HR functional liaison to a specific hospital or market accountable to attract, develop and retain key talent. Key liaison to “broker” the HR service delivery model ensuring appropriate support of human resource services and solutions are provided in areas such as talent management, total rewards, talent acquisition and deployment, learning, employee relations, organization design and restructuring. Accountable to ensure oversight and governance of group and hospitals HR processes, systems and policies.
