Production Coordinator, Visual Development

Responsibilities

Provide support to Sr. Production Supervisor of Visual Development with weekly production needs regarding the visual development artists, internal LA teams, and production teams in Paris.

Become familiarized with the art approval process and maintain archives for assets across multiple projects.

Organize daily deliveries from artists, dailies from productions, clearances files, presentations generated by the Art Department, and visual development reference libraries.

Manage distribution of approved asset deliveries to visual development, marketing and story teams.

Assist with technical setup of, and agendas for weekly art review meetings.

Work with Universal Clearances and Productions on art asset submissions. Track approvals and production priorities.

Assist with preparing presentation packages, both digitally and in large format printing.

Occasional assistance with artist onboarding: providing support with artists and our digital delivery platform and processes.

Scheduling and note-taking for artist launches as needed.

Provide support to the Director of Archives as needed.

Coordinate travel accommodations for the production team: scheduling flights, hotels, and car services for team-members and talent.

Maintain production travel calendar and trackers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of related production management experience

Proficiency in Photoshop, Acrobat, Keynote, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office products, with a general understanding of Airtable, Asana and Google Docs. Knowledge of asset delivery/tracking software a plus (i.e. Salesforce, Flow Capture).

Communicates effectively in a creative environment (written and verbal).

Highly detail-oriented. Proficiency in juggling production requests with varying priorities and an awareness of time management when communicating with teammates on varied time zones.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and diplomacy.

Knowledge of animation crew infrastructure and production pipeline a plus.
