Overview
FedWriters is building a team to provide OCPA Operations Support, Communication Research, Analysis and Evaluation, Communication Planning, Communication Product Development, Army Outreach Support, Professional Development and Training, Exhibit Management, and Executive Communication Support. As a Program Manager/Public Affairs/Strategic Communications professional, you will serve as the primary point of contact for contract performance and overall program management, ensuring quality delivery of all contract requirements while managing an integrated team of communication professionals across multiple work streams in support of the Office of the Chief of Public Affairs.

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm at The Pentagon.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contract performance point of contact
- Establish common operating procedures
- Support optimization of communication processes
- Oversee organizational Standard Operating Procedure updates
- Ensure contract deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage government personnel coordination
- Oversee Quality Control Plan execution
Qualifications
- Master's degree from accredited college/university
- 15 years demonstrated professional experience
- 5 years continuous experience at strategic level
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Available 0700-1800 EST Monday-Friday (except federal holidays)
