The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Global Employee Services Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. We are seeking an experienced HR Employee Services Leader to lead and manage HR administrative processes, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. This role will focus on optimizing the end-user experience, providing escalated support and training to the Global Service Delivery team, and driving critical HR initiatives. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in Workday HCM, governance, and process management while fostering collaboration with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR administration team, managing policies and processes to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for business process and data-related issues, driving root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR processes and data across various disciplines.
  • Manage global Workday HCM processes, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with HR and corporate requirements.
  • Oversee organizational structures in Workday, partnering with Finance, Master Data, and Corporate Security teams to ensure downstream integration needs are met.
  • Prioritize and approve new HCM business process requirements and manage pending requests.
  • Govern Workday security roles, ensuring appropriate user access through approvals and periodic reviews.
  • Provide consultation on HR security-related issues and questions.
  • Own and execute SOX control activities, ensuring adherence to Data Protection/Privacy and Segregation of Duties (SOD) requirements.
  • Review and approve data feeds and integration builds for non-HR systems to ensure compliance with privacy standards.
  • Lead HR integration efforts for ERP deployments, aligning cost center data and ensuring seamless operation across systems.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve service delivery, speed, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide training and escalated support to internal teams to enhance their capabilities and overall effectiveness.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) AND Minimum of 10 years of combined experience in HR administration, continuous improvement, or project management within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or transactional settings.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED AND 14 years of combined experience in HR administration, continuous improvement, or project management within manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, distribution, or transactional settings.
