As a lead LVT, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a key leadership role, guiding a team of talented veterinary technicians and assistants to ensure the highest standards of veterinary medicine.

Here is What Your day May Consist of:

🔹 Lead & Inspire: Train and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants, delegate responsibilities, and provide constructive feedback.
🔹 Advanced Patient Care: Perform anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and manage critical care patients with expertise.
🔹 Ensure Excellence: Maintain accurate patient records, enforce practice standards, and contribute to quality assurance efforts.
🔹 Client Education: Effectively communicate treatment plans and post-care instructions, ensuring pet owners feel confident and informed.
🔹 Operational Leadership: Assist with clinic operations, lead team meetings, and collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency and staff development.

✅ LVT Certification – A must-have for this role.
