Skilled Production - Repair

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Skilled Production - Repair to join our growing team.

 

Depending on assignment, our team members may do any of the following duties:

• Responsible for repair of returned doors, slabs, frames, lites, etc.
• Responsible for visual inspection of returns and administrative processing of necessary paperwork
• Strong understanding of interior and exterior door structure and foundation, etc.
• Application of variety of materials to include but not limited to primer, glue, etc.
• Grind and prime finished product
• Maintain production schedule to produce and deliver product on-time
• Maintain quality control on all items produced
• Work overtime as needed to satisfy customers demands
• Other general warehouse duties as needed

Experience Preferred:

• Product knowledge including interior and exterior doors
• Excellent work habits
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable processing paperwork/administrative tasks
• Experience working in carpentry preferred

Other Important Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Positive outgoing attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
